If you want to know our policy on something that is not listed, please ask the school office. In addition, if you require a paper copy of anything listed below, then please ask the office who will be happy to provide this for you. 

Complaints

If you do have a complaint or a concern, we would encourage you to speak to your child's class teacher in the first instance, or to approach a senior leader present at the school gate. 

Should you need to discuss your issue further, please contact the headteacher, Mr Webster, at admin@eye.peterborough.sch.uk.

If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, then please contact the Chair of Governors, Mr Darren Buckman, in writing via the Clerk of Governors - either by leaving a letter at the school office or by email: clerktogov@eye.peterborough.sch.uk as per our complaints' procedure.
