What is the ‘Sport Premium’?

Current Provision

We are proud of the current PE curriculum provision at our school and of the wealth of extra-curricular opportunities that we provide for all our pupils, in line with our vision for 'Living life in all its fullness' (John 10:10). Sporting clubs include football, running, ballet, gymnastics, multi-skills, swimming and netball.

Our sports clubs compete regularly with other schools both in our local authority and beyond.  Our weekly newsletters showcase these achievements, as well as our sporting events webpage. 

We also have Sports Leaders in year 5 and 6 who help to organise key sporting events such as sports days, as well as trained specialists on our staff who organise daily breaktime, lunchtime and sporting competitions, in addition to high quality PE lessons. Please do have a look at our PE curriculum page for more information on our curriculum offer.
